Taxpayers do not give up on the courts, nor on the incentive law

The incentive created a year ago to convince companies and citizens to give up legal proceedings against the State practically did not move the needle on the chronic pending issues in administrative and tax courts. In the space of a year, only 350 cases were extinguished and, for the most part, in the administrative area. In the tax courts, taxpayers remain firm in challenging the Tax Authority, and, despite the greater speed of judgments, the average waiting time continues to be above three years.
