The City of Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (HBCRA) is increasing the meals and beverage choices at the yearly Meals & Groove tournament on Saturday, Feb. 24 at Pegasus Ground at Gulfstream Village (901 S. Federal Hwy). The growth will come with native favorites from Hallandale Seaside and the circumstance segment.
