1. INTRODUÃÃO
1.1. The competition “Mamonas Assassinas – O Filme†(“Game†) is promoted by IMPRESA PUBLISHING, SA, with headquarters at Rua Calvet de Magalhães 242, 2770-022 Paço de Arcos, legal entity number 501984046, owner of the periodical publication Blitz (hereinafter “Blitz†or “IP†) in partnership with NOS Lusomundo Audiovisuais, SA. with headquarters at Rua Ator António Silva, nº9, Campo Grande, 1600-404 Lisbon, legal entity number 503584304
1.2. This document (the “Regulations†) contains the terms of participation in the Contest. Any failure to comply with the conditions set out in the Regulations may result in the participant being excluded and BLITZ refusing to award the prize.
2. PASTIME
The competition aims to give you the opportunity to watch, first-hand, the special showcase BLITZ/Mamonas Assassinas – O Legado, which takes place on June 17th at BLITZ headquarters, and meet&greet with the band, who are coming to Portugal to present the biographical film ‘Mamonas Assassinas – The Movie’, which premieres on June 20th. The two participants who have sent the most original phrase during the Duration Period of the Contest will be considered, in accordance with these Regulations.
3. ÃMBITO TERRITORIAL, DIVULGAÃÃO E DURAÃÃO
3.1. The Competition covers the entire Portuguese territory (Mainland Portugal and the Madeira and Azores Archipelagoes). All costs inherent to travel necessary to enjoy the
prize are the sole responsibility of the winning participants (“Winners†).
3.2. The completion of the Competition will be communicated and published from June 10, 2024, at 10 am, on the BLITZ Instagram page (@blitz_pt).
3.3. The Competition will begin on June 10, 2024, at 10 am and end at 9 pm on June 13, 2024 (“Duration Period†).
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
4.1. This Competition is only intended for individuals who cumulatively meet the following requirements (“Participants†):
4.1.1. Be resident in Portuguese territory;
4.1.2. Be the holder of an email account;
4.1.3. Hold an active account on the social network Instagram; It is
4.1.4. Not be a worker, intern, collaborator, member of a statutory body, of any entity of the Impresa Group.
4.2. In addition to the provisions of the previous paragraph, Participants who:
4.2.1. Are in a position to illegitimately benefit from privileged and non-public information related to the Competition; or
4.2.2. They are in a position to illegitimately tamper with the course of the Competition.
4.3. For the purpose of participating in the Contest, Participants must write a creative sentence with the words “Blitz†and “Mamonas Assassinas†. Participation must be sent to the email: passatempos@expresso.impresa.pt, by 1pm on June 13, 2024.
4.4. Each Participant can only participate once.
4.5. Participations in the Contest that, in BLITZ’s opinion, are considered incompatible with the principles and values of the Impresa Group are not permitted.
4.6. Participations that, in BLITZ’s opinion, represent behavior (i) considered inappropriate, violative of public morals, good customs or any beliefs and/or religious, political or ideological, (ii) that does not respect current legislation; or that (iii) is defamatory or insulting in nature.
5. PRIZE AND PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING THE PRIZE
5.1. The Prize Winners will be chosen by a jury belonging to BLITZ. The main criterion will be the originality of the sentence written by the Participants.
5.2. The selection of Winners will be definitive and irrevocable for all purposes.
5.3. The prize may only be awarded to Participants who meet the requirements set out in Clause 4.
5.4. The Winners of this Contest will be contacted on June 14, 2024, via the email they used to participate.
5.5. The two winners will have the opportunity to attend, first-hand and for the first time, the special showcase BLITZ/Mamonas Assassinas РO Legado, on the Impresa| Blitz in Laveiras, and meet the band that comes to Portugal, release the biographical film and fulfill the old dream of performing for the Portuguese. The invitation is double for the exclusive event, which will take place on June 17th, at 4pm on the BLITZ Impresa stage, at Rua Calvet de Magalḥes, 242, 2770-220, in Pa̤o de Arcos.
5.6. BLITZ will contact the Winners via the email they used to participate in the Contest, to:
1. Inform about the award of the prize;
2. Confirm that the Winner meets the participation requirements set out in Clause 4;
3. Request the information necessary to award the prize, specifically, the name (first and last).
5.7. Subsequently, NOS Audiovisuais will contact the Winners in order to provide information regarding the procedure on the day of the event. The prize awarded in the Competition is personal and non-transferable and cannot be converted into another prize or cash.
6. EXCLUSIVE CONDITIONS
6.1. BLITZ verifies the validity of all participations, as well as compliance with the requirements set out in these Regulations, and may disqualify participations that do not meet the requirements, as well as any Participant, in case of reasonable suspicion of improper manipulation of the Competition participation process that is not in accordance with these Regulations (including Participants suspected of having provided false or incorrect personal data).
6.2. BLITZ will not be responsible for any technical failures.
6.3. Failure by BLITZ to exercise its rights at a given moment does not mean that it renounces these rights at a future time.
6.4. All entries that, in particular, meet one or more of the following conditions will be excluded from participation in the Competition, without prior notice:
6.4.1. Participation using false, inaccurate or incomplete personal registration data;
6.4.2. Suspicion of manipulation, modification, elimination or suppression of data associated with the Competition with the aim of influencing it incorrectly or unfairly to other Participants;
6.4.3. Suspicion of participation by the same individual, even with different registration data;
6.4.4. Participations that do not comply with the provisions of Clauses 4.5 and 4.6, including by using expressions that incite violence, intolerance, xenophobia, racism, any form of discrimination or the practice of crimes;
6.4.5. Participations that violate rights of privacy, intimacy, confidentiality or publicity, including the disclosure of private information about any individual or organization.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. Instagram should in no way be held responsible for any disruption related to the Competition.
7.2. BLITZ does not accept any liability for loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or otherwise in connection with the Competition, except in the case of any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.3. BLITZ is not responsible for any loss when sending the prize, particularly if this occurs due to the lack of veracity or incompleteness of the data provided by the Winner.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
8.1. IP, better identified in Clause 1.1, operates in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (the “General Data Protection Regulation†or “GDPR†), as responsible for processing the Participants’ personal data, within the scope of the Contest, with the purpose of identifying the Winning candidates.
8.2. Personal data relating to the name (first and last) and email address of the Participants and Winners of the Contest will be collected. Other personal data that Participants may disclose during their participation in the Contest may also be subject to processing.
8.3. Participants and Winners of the Contest accept and acknowledge that the collection and processing of their personal data, referred to in clause 8.º, no. 2, is necessary for the purposes of participation, dissemination and presentation of the prize. 8.4. The personal data collected will be kept for the duration of this Competition. After the results have been determined and the Winners have been awarded, personal data will be kept for mandatory legal periods or until the rights arising from this Competition are prescribed.
8.5. IP guarantees the exercise of the rights of holders of personal data, namely, as applicable, their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, opposition and limitation of processing, to at any time, free of charge, simply by contacting IP, as the person responsible for the processing, via: 1. E-mail to privacy.eventos@impresa.pt; or
2. Letter to the address: Rua Calvet de Magalhães, n.º 242, 2770-022 Paço de Arcos.
8.6. Participants and Winners have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission (“CNPD†), using the forms available at https://www .cnpd.pt/, or by post to the address Av. D. Carlos I, 134 – 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa.
8.7. By providing their personal data, Participants declare that they are true, correct and accurate, and undertake to keep them duly updated.
8.8. Without prejudice to what is stipulated in the previous paragraphs, the personal identification data obtained may be made available for the determination of civil and criminal liability, upon request from the competent judicial authority, in accordance with the legislation is applicable.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
9.1. This Regulation is governed by Portuguese Law.
9.2. The parties agree that any questions or disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Regulations will be resolved by the Judicial Court of the District of Lisbon, with express waiver of any other, except in the case of disputes with consumers, regardless of whether the judge or court corresponds to the consumer’s domicile.
10. OTHER PROVISIONS
10.1. Participation in this Competition implies knowledge and acceptance, fully and without reservation, by the Participants, of the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.
10.2. The Competition is not sponsored, administered, approved, or in any other way associated with the Instagram platform or Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or companies in the Meta group.

10.4. BLITZ reserves the right to change, postpone, anticipate, shorten, prolong or terminate this action at any time, in the event of any illegal or fraudulent activity occurring, or
any external factor, outside the organization’s control, that affects the proper functioning of the action.
10.5. If a situation not foreseen in these Regulations occurs, BLITZ will fill the gap in accordance with the spirit underlying these Regulations, reserving the right to make any modifications without prior notice.
