During this weekend, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, was at the main Asian security and defense forum. The director general of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said that the situation at the Zaporijia nuclear plant, under Russian control in Ukraine, remains precarious after the April attacks.
