O His parents’ divorce, when he was eight years old, made him interested in the lives of couples and that was what he dedicated his career to. Over the last four decades, José Gameiro has accompanied hundreds of couples in crisis and seen all types of situations, without ever making value judgments. The balance in marital relations increased greatly, even infidelity, and the change left men “more insecure and on their defense†. Gender differences are increasingly blurred, but they still exist: they continue to value sex more, they share it. Despite his long experience in this area, he feels that love remains a mystery.
