Who can immigrate to Portugal? What is the impact of changes in labor hiring? Eleven answers about the migration plan

The Government of Luís Montenegro presented this Monday the set of 41 measures that support the Action Plan for Migration and that put an end, “with immediate effect”, to the mechanism for expressing interest, the main form of legalization of immigrants in Portugal. From now on, it will no longer be possible to start the residence regularization process after entering national territory.
